Who is Survey Copter?

Survey Copter, with a team of around 50 employees, is based in Pierrelatte, in the heart of the Drôme region.

A 100% subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space since 2011, our family-owned company designs and produces mini-UAS. These aircraft drones are ideally suited to missions requiring rapid coverage of a large area or distance, and are intended for both military and civilian use.

Missions and responsibilities

What we can achieve together:

Within the Programs department, your main missions will be to :

- Draw up bids, drawing on the expertise of the technical teams (Design Office, Production, Support);

- Draw up technical and commercial offers and associated quotations with the company's managers;

- Prepare and submit tender documents for approval at the various internal validation stages;

- Ensure the quality and timeliness of bids in line with customer expectations;

- Create and manage the project team;

- Draw up organization charts for resources and work packages (content);

- Lead start-up meetings and project reviews, and monitor the performance of each project in line with customer requirements, strategy and company rules;

- Guarantee the quality of project deliverables (internal and customer) in line with schedule and costs;

- Monitor project planning and finance;

- Manage project risks and opportunities;

- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data for management.

Skills and experience required

Who are you?

With a Baccalauréat +4/5 degree in engineering or project management, you have at least 4 years' experience.

What we recognize in you:

- Your ability to federate teams, your leadership and your rigor;

- Your expertise in managing responses to calls for tender in France and for public procurement contracts;

- Your project management skills;

- Your knowledge of Ms Project / SAP B1 software is a plus;

- One or more years' experience in the aeronautical sector;

- Experience as a BID at Airbus would be a plus;

- Your professional English.
