Survey Copter obtains EN 9100 aeronautical certification
Pierrelatte, December 19, 2023 - Survey Copter, an Airbus Defence and Space subsidiary specializing in the design, production and operational support of light tactical unmanned aerial systems (UAS), has just been awarded EN 9100 aeronautical sector quality certification, for its activities in the design, production and maintenance in operational conditions of remotely piloted systems, such as fixed- and rotary-wing UAV systems for civil and military applications in France and abroad.
Since 1996, thanks to its technological expertise and solid industrial base, Survey Copter has been designing and mastering all its systems, and supporting its customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their UAV systems. The company offers a service combining the supply of systems, spare parts and associated documentation, dedicated maintenance activities customized to customer requirements, and training for operators and maintenance technicians.
Dedicated to the aerospace industry and based on the ISO 9001 standard, EN 9100 adds requirements such as product safety, prevention of counterfeiting and the presence of foreign bodies.
