Survey Copter (an Airbus subsidiary) has just opened up two positions for Electronics and Mechanical Production Integration Technicians. You will be joining the Production team.

Survey Copter has 53 employees and is based in Pierrelatte (Drôme). A 100% subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space since 2011, our family-run company designs and produces mini-UAS. These aircraft drones are perfectly suited to missions requiring rapid coverage of a large distance or area and are intended for both military and civilian use.

Missions and responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following main activities:



- Carrying out electronic and/or mechanical wiring and integration operations based on manufacturing ranges and carrying out self-checks;

- Carry out repair operations on the mechanical and electronic parts of returned products based on instructions given by the design office;

- Program the electronic boards;

- Carry out product conformity tests;

- Design and produce tools or templates for manufacturing and testing products;

- Identify and propose solutions to improve industrialisation and production efficiency;

- Carry out input controls;

- Trace operations at each stage of production, using manufacturing routines;

- Update production documents;

- Produce manufacturing procedures and ranges.

Skills and experience required

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

- Degree (or equivalent) Bac + 2 in aeronautics or electronic engineering;

- At least 2 years' experience in the field in an industrial environment;

- A good knowledge of electronics is essential;

- Notion of industrial mechanics (reading mechanical drawings, dimensions and tolerances);

- Proficiency in RoHS welding;

- Mastery of basic equipment (stabilised power supply, multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.);

- Computer skills, office suite required.
